What we refund, and when.
You see your finished demo before you pay anything, so most people know exactly what they're getting. Here is what happens if things change.

Refund policy
Our demos are free and come with no obligation, so you never pay for a site you haven't seen. Once you sign up, here is how refunds work. Your signed agreement has the full details for your plan.
Changed your mind right after signing
If you cancel in writing within 3 business days of signing, and before your site goes live, we refund your deposit in full.
Your deposit after that
After 3 business days your deposit is not refundable, because work on your live site has started. If we can't put your site live for a reason that's on us, we refund everything you paid toward the build.
Monthly fees
Monthly fees already charged are not refunded, including part months. Every plan is a 12-month term, so if you end it early the monthly fees for the rest of the 12 months are still due, unless we agree otherwise in writing. After the first year, the $99 a month plan is month to month: cancel any time and you won't be charged again.
Add-ons
- Add-ons you approved in writing are not refundable once the work is done.
- Photo shoot: you can reschedule free with 48 hours' notice.
- 7-day rush: if we miss the 7-day date for a reason that's on us, we refund the rush fee.
Our 90-day promise
If your new site hasn't brought in more inquiries than your old one within 90 days, as measured on your results page, we keep working on it at no extra charge until it does. The promise is more work, not a cash refund.
